What a request is
The form on a tour page is a request, not a booking. Sending it costs nothing and commits you to nothing. A manager reads it, rings you at the time you chose and talks the weekend through.
Prices
The figure on each tour is an indicative price per person, based on two people sharing a room. Flights and rooms move, so the manager confirms the actual figure before anything is agreed. If it has gone up, you hear it first, and you can walk away.
The written offer
After the call you receive a written offer by email: dates, flights, hotels, what is in and what is not, the final price and the dates by which it is due. A place is held only once you accept that offer in writing. No money changes hands on this website.
Protection
Weekends that include flights are package holidays under UK law. The written offer states how your money is protected for that weekend.
Changes and cancellation
The offer sets out the cancellation terms for that weekend, including what happens if a flight is withdrawn. If we have to cancel, you are told as soon as we know, with a choice of another date or a full refund.
