Granada Terraces

White-walled houses and cypress trees stacked on the hillsides of Granada under a pale blue sky

Length

Four days, three nights

Group

Up to eight guests

Season

Spring, then autumn again

Pace

Moderate, steep lanes

Meeting point

F-Lie Hotel, Llandudno, coach to the airport

Granada is best taken from a terrace. The old hill quarter faces the palace across a valley, and in the evening its walls go the colour of a peach.

We pick a guesthouse at the foot of that hill and keep every plan within a short walk, uphill only when something good waits at the top.

Indicative price

From £835 per person

Flights and rooms move, so a manager confirms the final figure before anything is agreed.

Day by day

Day 1 · Arrive by the long road

Fly to the coast, then a transfer inland through olive country to the white quarter.

Day 2 · The terrace circuit

A leisurely stroll to three terraces, each with a coffee. The palace views are for the afternoon.

Day 3 · The palace by evening

We visit when the crowds thin, with a guide who knows the order of the rooms. The rest is sunset from the hill opposite.

Day 4 · Down to the coast

A slow morning, then the road to the airport and home.

Request this tour

Palace entry is fixed far in advance, so the dates here are not flexible. Ask early.

Send the request and a manager comes back to you with the final price and dates. It is a request, not a purchase.

Thank you, it is with us.

A manager will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the price and the details, because flight and room prices can change until then. We will ring in the time window you chose; if it no longer suits, reply to our email with a better one.

The coach drops you where it picked you up: the front of F-Lie Hotel in Llandudno.

Gaming happens in one room of F-Lie Hotel and nowhere else. On this site nothing is staked, no account is kept and no payment passes through.
